This is a research project and website design, development and implementation project with the goal of designing a WaterAtlas.org website for the Coastal & Heartland National Estuary Partnership (formerly the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program) with spatial coverage of the CHNEP Study area, including the counties of Polk, Charlotte, Lee, Sarasota, Manatee, Hardee and DeSoto, later expanded to include Glades and Hendry Counties. Research includes data informatics research and spatial design in integration component development.
